Airtel Partners with SingTel to Offer Free Incoming Calls while on International Roaming in Singapore

New Delhi, September 24, 2008: Bharti Airtel Ltd., India's leading integrated telecom services provider, today announced that it has partnered with SingTel, the official sponsor of the Singapore Formula 1, to offer all Airtel customers Free Incoming Calls while in Singapore on the race weekend. This is an exclusive offering from Bharti Airtel for the Inaugural 2008 Formula 1 SingTel Grand Prix being held on September 28, 2008.

All Airtel customers who will be visiting Singapore from September 25 to September 29, 2008 will be able to enjoy free incoming calls in Singapore. To avail this offer, Airtel users in Singapore will need to manually select SingTel's network on their handset. This offer is applicable for both Postpaid and Prepaid customers.



Currently the existing international roaming tariff for all incoming calls on the SingTel network is Rs. 52/- per minute for Postpaid customers and Rs. 50/- per minute for Prepaid customers.
